随着全球化竞争越来越激烈,人力资本成为企业不可替代的资源;另一方面,经济危机席卷全球,创业更成为人们谋求生存和发展的必然选择,企业家人力资本便成为人们研究的焦点。本文试图从企业家的角度对企业理论进行梳理,最终强调创业新时期的到来要求我们重视企业家价值,建立企业家理论。

With the increasingly fierce global competition, human capital has become an irreplaceable resource for enterprises. On the other hand, the economic crisis has swept the world and entrepreneurship has become an inevitable choice for people to survive and develop. Entrepreneur human capital has become the focus of research. This article tries to sort out the theory of the firm from the perspective of the entrepreneur, and ultimately emphasizes that the advent of the new era of entrepreneurship requires us to value the entrepreneur and establish the theory of the entrepreneur.
