盐酸副玫瑰苯胺法、蒸馏-碘量法和离子色谱法3种检测方法对坚果中二氧化硫残留量进行测定,分别从方法适用范围、工作曲线的线性范围、样品前处理、加标回收率、精密度、准确度和检测结果数据进行分析和比较,筛选出了用离子色谱法更适合测定坚果中二氧化硫残留量。离子色谱法比传统化学发简便、快速、灵敏度高、干扰少,可用于大批量的样品测定且宜推广普及。
