设计合成了受体分子3-羟基-2-萘甲酰胺基苯基硫脲(1a),考察了乙腈溶液中其吸收光谱和荧光光谱对阴离子的响应.红外光谱和核磁共振实验显示,1a酚羟基OH与邻位羰基O之间的分子内氢键强度较弱,乙腈溶液中仅发射短波长的正常荧光.阴离子存在时,其正常荧光猝灭,同时于长波长处出现激发态分子内质子转移(ESIPT)荧光.基于核磁滴定、荧光光谱和模型化合物对照实验结果提出了1a与阴离子的氢键结合模式和荧光传感机理.
The designed and synthesized acceptor molecule 3-hydroxy-2-naphthoyl-phenylthiourea (1a) was used to investigate the absorption and fluorescence spectra of acetonitrile in solution. The results of IR and 1H NMR showed that 1a phenol The intramolecular hydrogen bond between hydroxyl OH and ortho-carbonyl O is weak and only short-wavelength normal fluorescence is emitted in acetonitrile, and the normal fluorescence quenches in the presence of anions and the excited intramolecular proton transfer occurs at longer wavelengths (ESIPT) fluorescence.According to the results of nuclear magnetic resonance titration, fluorescence spectroscopy and model compound control experiments, the hydrogen bonding mode of 1a and anion and the fluorescence sensing mechanism were proposed.
