据法新社5月5日报道,法国最高法院和参议院5日共同通过法案,禁止种植美国孟山都(Monsanto)公司生产的MON810转基因玉米。报道称,该法案在法国得到了社会党(执政党)、绿党及共产党等左翼党派的支持。此前该法案在议会下院(国民议会)表决时曾受到法右翼党派议员的反对。
