针对双辊薄带铸轧工艺熔池界面换热规律问题,基于铸轧浇铸工艺的特点以Kiss点为界将熔池接触区分为软接触区和刚性接触区两部分,建立新的界面换热模型;通过6061铝合金界面换热实验,以及Procast软件的反向求解模块Inverse推导得出铸轧界面换热系数和热流密度随时间的变化规律,并利用铸轧实验验证了模型的精确度。结果表明,熔池区界面换热分布规律与铸轧速度、浇铸温度、Kiss点位置、材料的热物性参数及辊面粗糙度等因素均有关。
Aiming at the problem of heat transfer law at the interface of molten pool in twin-roll strip casting and rolling process, based on the characteristics of casting and casting process, the contact of molten pool is divided into soft contact zone and rigid contact zone by Kiss point, and a new interface heat exchange The heat transfer coefficient and heat flux density change with time of 6061 aluminum alloy were obtained by Inverse derivation of 6061 aluminum alloy interface and inverse solving module of Procast software. The accuracy of the model was verified by the cast-rolling experiment. The results show that the heat transfer distribution at the weld pool interface is related to the casting speed, the casting temperature, the position of the Kiss point, the thermal properties of the material and the roughness of the roller surface.
