思想政治工作是公立医院建设、发展过程中不可或缺的重要保证,公立医院必须依据当前的形势,不断创新意识,加强思想政治工作,只有这样才能实现医院人力资源管理的创新,才能保证公立医院的可持续发展。本文通过分析当前公立医院思想政治工作在人力资源管理应用中存在的问题,并结合工作实际,为思想政治工作在公立医院人力资源管理中的应用提供策略。
Ideological and political work is an indispensable guarantee in the construction and development of public hospitals.
