企业得以生存和成长的关键,就在于不断地创造新产品和改进老产品。创新可以说是企业在竞争中立于不败之地的重要途径之一。有远见的企业经营者,都十分重视新产品的开发。一、新产品的概念从市场经营的观点来看,新产品可分为以下四类:(1)全新新产品,指应用新原理,新结构、新技术和新材料制造前所未有的产品。这种全新产品并不是很容易得到的。(2)换代新产品,指采用新原材料、新元件或新技术,使产品性能有重大突破的产品。(3)改进新产品,是指对产品的结构,所采用的材料,花色品种等方面作出改进的产品。(4)仿制新产品,指市场已有本企业仿制的产品。
The key to the survival and growth of an enterprise is to continuously create new products and improve old products. Innovation can be said to be one of the important ways for companies to remain invincible in competition. Forward-thinking corporate managers attach great importance to the development of new products. First, the concept of new products from the perspective of market operations, new products can be divided into the following four categories: (1) new new products, refers to the application of new principles, new structures, new technologies and new materials to create an unprecedented product. This new product is not very easy to get. (2) Replacement of new products refers to the adoption of new raw materials, new components or new technologies to make products that have major breakthroughs in product performance. (3) The improvement of new products refers to products that improve the structure of the products, the materials used, and the variety of colors. (4) Imitation of new products means that the market has already copied the products of the company.
