目的 在排除了炎症及免疫反应的条件下 ,探讨幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)本身因素对胃粘液细胞的损伤作用。 方法 将胚胎胃粘膜组织与 Hp共培养 2 ,4,6 h后 ,利用光镜及电镜对胃粘膜组织进行形态学观察。 结果 光镜观察粘液细胞水肿且凋亡增加 ,电镜观察除见有凋亡细胞、凋亡小体外 ,粘液细胞还出现微绒毛丢失、粘液颗粒减少、细胞内出现多少不等的空泡等改变。上述变化随着胃粘液细胞与 Hp共培养时间的延长而加重。在共培养 6h后 ,少部分粘液细胞发生坏死。 结论 Hp本身即可引起粘液细胞变性、坏死 ,加速粘液细胞凋亡。
Objective To exclude the inflammation and immune response conditions, explore the Helicobacter pylori (Hp) itself factors on gastric mucosal cell injury. Methods The gastric mucosal tissues were co-cultured with Hp for 2, 4, 6 hours. The morphology of gastric mucosa was observed by light microscope and electron microscope. Results Mucous cell edema and apoptosis were observed by light microscopy. In addition to apoptotic cells and apoptotic bodies observed by electron microscopy, mucus cells also showed the loss of microvilli, the decrease of mucus particles and the number of vacuoles in cells. The above changes aggravate with prolonged co-culture of gastric mucus cells and Hp. After 6h of co-culture, a small amount of mucous cells were necrotic. Conclusion Hp itself can cause mucus cell degeneration, necrosis and accelerate mucus cell apoptosis.
