扶贫开发是促进民族地区经济发展、保持社会稳定的全局性发展战略。“十二五”以来,贵州省天柱县紧紧围绕“加速发展,加快转型,奋力赶超,推动跨越”主基调,加快推进少数民族地区小康社会建设,努力改善民生和促进社会进步,各项工作有序推进,目前已取得了积极成效。本文总结了天柱县少数民族地区小康社会建设的成功经验,并针对存在的问题,提出全面建设小康社会的建议。
Poverty alleviation and development are the overall development strategies for promoting economic development in ethnic areas and maintaining social stability. Since the 12th Five-Year Plan, Tianzhu County of Guizhou Province has been closely following the principle of “accelerating development, speeding up transformation, struggling to catch up and surpass and promote leaps and bounds”, accelerating the building of a moderately prosperous society in ethnic minority areas, striving to improve people’s well-being and promoting Progress has been made in society and various tasks are being promoted in an orderly manner. At present, we have achieved positive results. This article summarizes the successful experience of building a moderately prosperous society in the minority nationality of Tianzhu County and puts forward some suggestions for building an overall well-to-do society in light of the existing problems.
