目前,锡已成为世界稀缺的一种金属。在我国,用铅基合金代替锡基合金制造汽车发动机轴页已势在必行。本文所介绍的对含铜0.5~1.5%铅基轴承合金PbSb10Sn 6Cu所做的一系列试验的结果表明,PbSb10Sn 6Cu合金具有较高的机械性能,较好的耐腐蚀性能,铸造的轴瓦在液压加载试验机上的疲劳强度达300~350Pa。发动机40小时强化试验证明,铅基轴承合金能满足解放C A 15汽车发动机的使用要求,和现在大量生产的锡基合金(SnSb8Cu 4)轴瓦性能相同,但其制造成本仅为锡基轴瓦的50~75%。
At present, tin has become a scarce kind of metal in the world. In our country, it is imperative to replace the tin base alloy with lead-based alloy to make automobile engine shaft page. The results of a series of experiments on lead-bearing alloy PbSb10Sn6Cu containing 0.5-1.5% copper showed that the PbSb10Sn6Cu alloy has high mechanical properties and good corrosion resistance. The cast bearing was under hydrostatic loading Tester fatigue strength of 300 ~ 350Pa.
