观察发现,我院活动性肺结核患者主要是大学生,而且80％发生于结核菌素试验(OT)超强阳性的新生中,故可认为OT超强阳性的新生是活动性肺结核的高发危险人群。为了发现这部分高危人群,每年新生入学在补种卡介苗前均常规作OT,阴性者补种卡介苗。应用卫生
