通过引进结构紧凑的双向混流风机安装在通风、环流转换装置内,达到既可以实现环流通风和降粮温通风,还可以实现“尾气”回收增湿通风。同时该系统引进变频器调节风机电机工作频率,实现降粮温通风和环流通风工作状态最优化,此外增加双向控制器和温湿度控制器、定时器等强电控制单元,实现自动条件下通风。对该系统的通风性能进行了初步的测试,证明该系统设计合理,运行稳定可靠,非常适合我国粮库目前的通风需要,有非常大的推广价值。
Through the introduction of a compact two-way Francis fan installed in the ventilation, circulation conversion device, to achieve both circulation ventilation and grain temperature ventilation, but also can achieve “exhaust ” recovery humidification ventilation. At the same time, this system introduces the inverter to adjust the working frequency of the fan motor so as to optimize the state of reducing the temperature and circulation ventilation of the grain. In addition, a bidirectional controller, a temperature and humidity controller, a timer and other strong electric control units are added to realize the ventilation under automatic conditions. Ventilation performance of the system conducted a preliminary test to prove that the system is designed and operated stably and reliably, which is very suitable for the current ventilation needs of China’s grain depot, which has a very large promotion value.
