钢箱梁桥面铺装的耐久性不足与车载作用下沥青铺面的早期病害有很大关系,但是目前主要是采用传统的均布静载简化模式研究桥面铺装早期病害。沥青铺面早期病害包括:疲劳开裂、高温车辙、粘结层失效或脱层、横向推移以及坑槽破坏等。文章综述了国内外轮胎花纹和桥面纹理对钢箱梁桥面沥青铺面早期开裂病害的影响,分析了胎/桥面纹理耦合对沥青铺面早期病害的作用机理。研究认为,钢桥面沥青铺装早期病害的影响因素众多,但归根到底,所有的早期病害均源自于轮胎与桥面的动态作用力,即轮胎与桥面的相互接触、轮胎变形和桥面形貌的相互作用。因此,胎/桥面纹理耦合作用机理的分析,为提升钢箱梁桥桥面的耐久性提供了新的研究途径和方法。
The lack of durability of steel box girder bridge deck pavement is closely related to the early disease of asphalt pavement under the action of vehicle. However, at present, the traditional uniform mode of uniform load reduction is used to study the early disease of deck pavement. Asphalt pavement early diseases include: fatigue cracking, high temperature rutting, adhesive layer failure or delamination, lateral displacement and pit damage. In this paper, the effects of tread pattern and deck texture at home and abroad on the early crack initiation of asphalt pavement on steel box girder bridge deck are reviewed. The mechanism of interaction between tire / bridge deck texture and early disease on asphalt pavement is analyzed. The study shows that there are many influencing factors in the early stage of asphalt pavement deformation of steel bridge deck, but in the final analysis, all the early stage disease originated from the dynamic forces of tire and bridge deck, that is, tire contact with deck, tire deformation and bridge Surface topography interaction. Therefore, the analysis of the coupling mechanism of tire / bridge deck texture provides a new approach and method for enhancing the durability of steel box girder bridge deck.
