用[~3H]2-脱氧葡萄糖(2-DG)定量方法,作电针“足三里”、“三阴交”穴位,同时检测腰膨大部脊髓背角(DH-L)、丘脑腹后核(tv)和束旁核(pf)、躯体感觉皮层Ⅰ、Ⅱ区(SⅠ、SⅡ)、导水管周围灰质(PAG)、尾核(CP)和中脑中缝核群的葡萄糖代谢率,与对照组相对比其代谢率显著升高。提示电针信息可到达上述结构。电针组一些结构左右两侧的葡萄糖代谢率有显著差异,可能是一侧股动、静脉结扎和创伤影响了“足三里”、“三阴交”的电针信息向中枢传递。在一些与镇痛有关的核团中,PAG的葡萄糖代谢率升高幅度最大,表明FAG在电针镇痛过程中起着重要的作用。
