目的对拳距瓜叶乌头进行生药鉴定。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层色谱方法对拳距瓜叶乌头根(母根与子根)进行生药鉴定。结果发现拳距瓜叶乌头的皮层内有石细胞;母根上段和中段具独立维管束,其形成层起伏大成多角星状,下段具多个维管束散在;子根多个维管束散在;得到药材的薄层色谱图。结论拳距瓜叶乌头根的显微特征明显,可作为该药材鉴定的参考依据,为进一步研究开发利用该资源提供依据。
Objective To identify the fistula of melon and leaf aconite. Methods The crude drug was identified by traits identification, microscopic identification and TLC. The results showed that there were stone cells in the cortex of melon and aconite. The upper and middle parental roots had independent vascular bundles, and their formation layers were undulating and multidimensional stellate, with multiple vascular bundles scattered in the lower part; multiple vascular bundles scattered in the root; Get herbal TLCs. Conclusion The microscopic features of the root of Aconitum kusnezoffii from the fist are obvious, which can serve as reference for identification of the medicinal material, providing the basis for further research and exploitation of the resource.
