目的:观察负压疗法对糖尿病伴有肢体血管病变患者的肢体血管弹性、阻力和血流量的影响。方法:将87例患者分为两组,负压疗法组47例,药物治疗组40例,两组在性别和年龄上差异无显著性。负压疗法采用筒形负压舱,舱内压力上肢为-10.6kPa(1kPa=7.5mmHg),下肢为-13.3kPa,治疗每日1次,15分钟,10~15次为1疗程。分段检测肢体的血管弹性、阻力和血流量。结果:负压疗法组治疗后血管弹性和阻力均得到改善,尤以踝趾段和小腿段血流量均有增加,负压疗法组显著优于药物组(χ2分别为56.549,24.956,P<0.01)。两组中有47例治疗后血流量未改善,其中37例经肢体多普勒超声图证实有严重的血管病变。结论:负压疗法对糖尿病患者并发早、中期肢体血管病的血管功能有一定的改善,是一种安全、方便、无创伤的有效治疗方法
Objective: To observe the effects of negative pressure therapy on limbal vascular elasticity, resistance and blood flow in patients with diabetic limb disease. Methods: 87 patients were divided into two groups, 47 patients in negative pressure therapy group and 40 patients in drug therapy group. There was no significant difference in gender and age between the two groups. Negative pressure therapy using cylindrical negative pressure cabin, cabin pressure upper limb is -10.6kPa (1kPa = 7.5mmHg), the lower limb is -13.3kPa, treatment once daily, 15 minutes, 10 to 15 times for a course of treatment . Segmented detection of limb vascular elasticity, resistance and blood flow. Results: Vascular elasticity and resistance were improved after treatment in negative pressure therapy group, especially blood flow in ankle and lower leg increased, and negative pressure therapy group was significantly better than the drug group (χ2 = 56.549,24.956 , P <0.01). Blood flow was not improved in 47 of the two groups after treatment, of which 37 were confirmed by limbal Doppler echocardiography with severe vascular lesions. Conclusion: The negative pressure therapy can improve the vascular function of patients with diabetes mellitus with early and middle limb vascular disease. It is a safe, convenient and noninvasive effective treatment
