急性出血性肠炎并发弥漫性血管内凝血

弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)见于许多严重临床过程中.为探讨DIC在急性出血性肠炎的存在和特征,1978～1979年,对我院47例出血性肠炎病儿进行临床及血液学观察.发现其中16例(34.1%)存在DIC.

Diffuse intravascular coagulation (DIC) is found in many serious clinical processes.In order to investigate the presence and characteristics of DIC in acute hemorrhagic enteritis, from 1978 to 1979, 47 cases of hemorrhagic enteritis in our hospital were studied with clinical and hematological findings. DIC was found in 16 of them (34.1%).
