病历摘要杜×,住院号C137824,35岁,来婚,1977年12月因严重痛经两年来我院初诊。患者1971年(29岁)始有月经初潮,当时每1～3个月行经一次,每次一天,量极少,伴腰酸、低热,且消瘦。肛查:右输卵管有结节状硬结,结核菌素试验弱阳性,血沉45毫米/第1小时末,外院诊断为盆腔结核,予以抗结核治疗。1976年曾摄腹部平片,有多数钙化点。1976年春起,月经如前,但每次月经前后几天下腹痉挛
