本文系统而简要地评述了十多年来涡流室式柴油机放热率计算方法的研究进展。提出以热力学模型和经验模型组成的复合模型作为计算基础具有重要的实际意义。建立了计算通道流量系数的经验模型,精确地测录了国产S195型柴油机的p—φ图,并按自编程序进行了放热率计算。根据作者的实践,对影响涡流室式柴油机放热率的因素进行了分析。研究结果表明,用这种方法得出的涡流室式柴油机的放热率具有明显的合理性。
This paper systematically and briefly reviews the research progress of the calculation method of the heat release rate of a vortex chamber diesel engine for more than a decade. It is of great practical significance to propose a composite model consisting of a thermodynamic model and an empirical model as the basis of calculation. The empirical model for calculating the channel flow coefficient was established, the p-φ diagram of the domestic S195 diesel engine was measured accurately, and the heat release rate was calculated according to the self-programmed program. According to the author’s practice, the factors influencing the heat release rate of a vortex chamber diesel engine are analyzed. The results show that the heat release rate of the vortex chamber diesel engine obtained by this method is obviously reasonable.
