目的观察中西医结合治疗多囊卵巢综合征性不孕症患者的临床效果。方法对照组采用西医药物治疗方法,治疗组采用中西医结合的治疗方法。结果对照组患者的受孕率为45.0%,流产率为10.0%;治疗组患者的受孕率为75.0%,流产率为0%。治疗组受孕率明显高于对照组,流产率明显低于对照组。结论利用中西医结合治疗的方法,可有效治疗多囊卵巢综合征性不孕症患者,提高患者受孕率,降低流产率。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treating patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility. Methods Western medicine treatment was used in the control group, and the treatment group was treated with the combination of TCM and Western medicine. Results The control group had a pregnancy rate of 45.0% and a miscarriage rate of 10.0%. The pregnancy rate in the treatment group was 75.0% and the abortion rate was 0%. The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group, abortion rate was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion The treatment of Integrative Medicine can effectively treat patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility, improve the pregnancy rate and reduce the abortion rate.
