灾后的家庭教育有两个问题比较突出。一是家长如何安抚孩子的心理创伤。一般而言,家长震后忙于重建家园,如果缺乏意识,难以有充分的时间和精力安抚孩子。有的家长因为要外出打工,又不得不与孩子分开。还有的家长觉得板房条件差,将孩子送到没有受灾的亲戚家里寄养了。殊不知,灾后孩子更需要父母的关爱,这比为孩子提供基本的生活条件更重要。二是有很多孩子被父母或家人送到寄宿制幼儿园生活了,孩子与父母团聚的时间间隔一般都很长,少则一个
