保障党员民主权利,尊重和实现党员主体地位已经成为目前必须要解决的重要问题。本文在深入分析党员主体地位与党员民主权利的内在关系的基础上,指出了党员民主权利的保障和行使过程中出现的一些主要障碍因素,提出要通过具体措施来保障落实民主权利,从而在根本上实现党员在党内的主体地位。
To safeguard the democratic rights of party members and to respect and realize the party members’ main body status has become an important issue that must be solved at present. On the basis of deeply analyzing the inherent relationship between the status of party members and the democratic rights of party members, this paper points out some main obstacles that exist in the protection and use of party members’ democratic rights, and proposes that concrete measures should be taken to ensure the implementation of democratic rights and thus to ensure the fundamental On the party members to achieve the dominant position within the party.
