“十一五”时期,浙江省节能减排工作卓有成效。以年均增长7%的能源消耗支撑了年均11.8%的经济增长,能源利用水平和生态环境综合指数居全国前列。
“Eleventh Five-Year ” period, Zhejiang Province, energy-saving emission reduction work fruitful. With an average annual increase of 7% of the energy consumption, the annual average of 11.8% of the economic growth is supported. The level of energy use and the index of ecological environment rank the top in the country.
