Effective block sewer sealing is necessary for dams, plants, locks and other structures. Stop water damage can cause a variety of problems, small cause leakage, related to the appearance of the building; water pressure and structural overload occurs. The biggest problem is that it can cause indirect tensile stresses in the concrete block and overload the piers, foundations and contiguous blocks. Various serious but unstructured problems may also occur, such as seepage may submerge important areas and equipment such as corridors and transformers on the downstream side of block water.
