患者女，５７岁，已婚，农民。因右腰部酸胀２个月入院。２个月前无明显诱因感右腰部酸胀不适，渐向会阴部放射，１月前曾血尿１次。体检：心肺无异常，肝脾未触及，双肾区未及包块、无叩痛。超声：右肾上极４２ｍｍ×３２ｍｍ无回声区，其内壁向腔内突起１０４ｍｍ×１５ｍ
Female patient, 57 years old, married, farmer. Suffer from the right waist 2 months admitted to hospital. 2 months ago, no obvious incentive to feel the right lower back soreness, radiation to the perineum, 1 month before hematuria. Physical examination: no abnormal heart and lung, liver and spleen not touched, kidney area and mass, no percussion pain. Ultrasound: the right upper pole 42mm × 32mm anechoic area, the inner wall of the projection to the cavity 10 4mm × 15m
