妊娠妇女合并非妇科急腹症罕见,Gonnet报告发病率约为2‰。因此,即使外科医生在这方面的经验也有限。本文重点对其诊断方面的困难和外科及产科方面的指征进行回顾性研究。从1964年2月到1985年5月53名因非妇科急腹症住院孕妇,年龄17～40岁,平均25岁。其中12名为早期妊娠,22名为中期妊娠,18名为晚期妊娠,1名为刚分娩的患者。其中16名为初产妇,31名为经产妇,6名记录不详。所患急腹症情况见表。
Pregnancy women with non-gynecological acute abdomen rare, Gonnet reported a prevalence of about 2 ‰. Therefore, even surgeons have limited experience in this area. This article focuses on the diagnostic difficulties and surgical and obstetric indications for retrospective study. From February 1964 to May 1985 53 pregnant women admitted to hospital for non-gynecologic acute abdomen, aged 17 to 40 years, mean 25 years old. Of these, 12 were early pregnancies, 22 were intermediate pregnancies, 18 were late pregnancies and 1 was just delivered. Of these, 16 were primipara, 31 were maternal, and 6 were not available.
