对上感患儿进行了心肌血清酶谱的检测并探讨其活性升高与亚临床心肌炎临床关系。分上感高热组、普通上感组与反复上感组观察,结果表明:上感高热组和反复上感组心肌血清酶各值总活性均高于正常。经综合临床资料,4例确诊心肌炎,4例疑诊心肌炎。提示:上感时心肌血清酶谱常规检测对早期发现亚临床心肌炎有重要意义。
Myocardial zymogram was detected and the clinical relationship between the activity and subclinical myocarditis was investigated. Divided into high fever group, the general sense of the group and repeated on the flu group observed, the results showed that: the flu group and repeated on the flu group of myocardial enzyme activity were higher than the normal value of all. After comprehensive clinical data, 4 cases of confirmed myocarditis, 4 cases of suspected myocarditis. Tip: When the sense of myocardial enzymes routine examination of early detection of subclinical myocarditis is of great significance.
