高中生物新课标要求教师在教学过程中,将“科学探究方法与技能”融入自己的教学过程当中,从而提高学生的科学素养。所以,笔者在多年的职业高中生物教学过程中,始终注意将就业、创业意识的培养融入自己的教学过程中去,并且结合课本中的理论知识并开发相关的实用技术,顺便将恩施地区的特色食品加工方法教给学生,让他们在实验实习过程中体验到探究及成功的喜悦,进而激发学生广义的探究兴趣,提高学生的科学素养和自信心。
