本文根据陕西省焦化厂回收车间塔群地基加固的试验研究与施工实践,探讨了在大厚度三级自重湿陷性黄土地基上采用浅层加固的理论与实验依据;总结了新近堆积黄土中进行硅化加固在成形、强度分布等方面的一些特点;并对单、双液硅化加固在技术、经济效果与施工方面进行了对比;最后通过塔群加固三年来的沉降观测结果及投产后的情况,说明地基浅层加固方案基本达到预期的效果。
Based on the experimental research and construction practice of the tower foundation reinforcement in the recovery workshop of the coking plant in Shaanxi Province, this paper discusses the theoretical and experimental basis for the shallow reinforcement in the three-level self-weight collapsible loess with large thickness, and summarizes the recent accumulation in the loess. Some features of silicidation reinforcement in terms of forming, strength distribution, etc.; and the comparison of single and double liquid silicidation reinforcement in terms of technology, economic effects and construction; and finally, through the settlement observation results of tower tower consolidation over the past three years and the situation after commissioning, It shows that the foundation shallow reinforcement scheme basically achieves the desired effect.
