流行性出血热(EHF)并脑实质损害以垂体前叶最为常见,但片状变态反应性脑病尚属罕见,现报告一例:患者男,31岁。农民。因畏寒、发热、乏力,头痛3天,继之右上腹持续隐痛,口渴,烦燥伴呕吐,眼结膜轻度充血。在当地医院测血压8/5.3kPa,于1989年10月19日以感染性休克转入本院。体检:BP6.6/5.3kPa,T39℃,R24次/分、P110次/分。神志清楚,呈急性热病容。眼结膜明显充血,颜面潮红,下颌见0.5cm～1.5cm鲜红色斑丘疹。咽部、颈、前胸皮肤充血。心肺(一)。肝肋下1.5cm,质软。脾未及。右上腹
