患者朱某,女性,20岁,住院号89503,因青春期后无月经来潮为主诉于1997年3月31日入院。患者月经从未来潮,无周期性下腹部胀痛等不适,15岁开始双乳房发育,17岁腋毛,阴毛发育正常,入院前一星期就诊本院门诊检查,拟诊:先天性无阴道,行染色体检查为46xx,B超下腹部扫查:下腹偏右侧见一实质性团块54×39×32cm~3,偏左侧见一85×69cm~2无回声不均匀团块,内有排列较规则低回声,中间回声增强,两者关系密切。提示:①肾异位②子宫畸形?患者无头晕,头痛,视力障碍,无肥胖,溢乳,多毛,座疮等。既往健
