新疆石河子一四七团天鑫纸板厂紧紧围绕污碱污水“双污”达标工作中心,不断加大污碱污水治理力度,“双污”治理取得显著成效。自5月份以来,污碱处理合格率达97%以上,顺利实现了达标排放。针对部分设备老化腐蚀严重、故障率高及对进口设备维修操作技术不熟练等现状,该厂积极组织技术人员对进口设备进行攻关改造。对污碱污水的设备进行小改小革共13项;
