中职生知识基础虽然较为薄弱,然而经过在中职院校方向极为明确的培训,已经具备在社会中寻找发展空间的基本能力。然而由于每个学生都有自己独有的特征,他们并不能适应所有的工作岗位。作为中职院校的德育教育工作者,我们应该如何帮助学生做好他们的职业生涯规划呢?
Although the knowledge base of secondary vocational students is relatively weak, after training in the direction of secondary vocational schools is very clear, they have acquired the basic ability to find room for development in the society. However, because each student has its own unique characteristics, they can not adapt to all the jobs. As a moral education worker in vocational colleges, how should we help students make their career planning?
