Shenyang City real estate property registration center both the city real estate archives existing file staff 28 people. They shoulder the heavy responsibility of managing the city’s 1.2 million volumes of property rights files. In 2000, the Real Estate Property Right Issuing Center completed the registration and issuance of 154,000 certificates of property rights and filed 140,000 copies of archives of property rights. In 2001, it completed 169,000 certificates of registration and registration, and filed 164,000 copies of property rights files.
