甘薯膨大素于1990年9月25日通过省级科技成果鉴定。专家一致认为该项成果属国内首创。使用技术简便,成本低,增产显著。1987～1991年在全国28个省、市、自治区累计试验示范面积达250万亩以上,试验田平均增产24.8％,大面积示范田增产17％以上;薯块形状变粗、变大,提高了大、中薯比例,小薯数减少;一般平均亩增鲜薯390多kg,切干率提高1.59％,产投比为60～80∶1,经济效益显著,深受广大农民好评。对马铃薯、甜菜、花生、洋葱、大蒜、萝卜、中药材等同样有较好的增产效果。产品经江苏省防疫站毒理实验室进行喂灌动物效应试验,确证甘薯膨大素无毒、无副作用。不同作物使用方法可因地制宜灵活运用。 1 甘薯①浸苗加喷雾,将包内粉剂(11g)兑水10kg,将扎把后的薯苗基部1～2节放入药液中浸泡6～15小时后取出栽插;再干栽后30～35天用另一包膨大素兑水20kg,喷雾于叶面;②泥浆沾苗加喷雾,将袋内药粉兑水5kg,再倒入10kg的粘土内搅拌成糊状,将薯苗基部1～2节放入沾一下,即可取出栽插。喷
