针对煤矿滑移顶梁液压支架在井下运输、安装与回撤费时费力的现状,分析了支架装运与回撤机构的设计思路,进行了其结构设计与液压操纵系统设计,介绍了滑移顶梁支架装运车与回撤车的工作过程,结果表明:使用该支架装运与回撤机构能提高生产效率,增强工作可靠性,促进安全生产。
Aiming at the present situation that the hydraulic support of the coal mine sliding roof beam is time consuming and laboriously transporting, installing and withdrawing in the downhole, the design mentality of the mechanism for transporting and withdrawing the support is analyzed. The design of the structure and the design of the hydraulic control system are introduced. The results show that using the bracket shipping and withdrawing mechanism can improve the production efficiency, enhance the work reliability and promote the safe production.
