各市、县(市、区)人民政府,省政府直属各单位:2001年6月经省政府同意公布第一批25家重大火灾隐患整改单位后,各地、各有关部门十分重视,认真落实整改措施,收到了良好的效果。目前,这25家重大火灾隐患单位已基本整改完毕,在一定程度上改善了我省的社会消防安全环境。但是,我省重大火灾隐患还继续存在。仅今年一季度就连续发生了3起特大火灾事故。为了认真贯彻落实国务院关于加强安全生产工作的一系列重要指示精神,坚决预防和遏制群死群伤及财产损失特别巨大等恶性火灾事故的发生,经省政府同意,决定将浙江展览馆等25家单位列为第二批重大火灾隐患整改单位,现予以公布,并提出如下要求:
