通过扫描电镜EBSD技术与透射电镜研究分析了不同温度的预退火和二次退火对MGH754合金冷轧板材显微组织结构和微区织构变化的影响。研究表明,MGH754合金冷轧板材在700到800℃之间即发生一次再结晶,高温预退火与二次退火均不能使MGH754合金冷轧板材发生二次再结晶。在预退火过程中,板材从冷轧态锋锐的{110}<112>形变织构逐渐转变为{225}<253>再结晶织构。而二次退火后的再结晶织构与高温预退火后产生的再结晶织构又有所不同。
The effects of pre-annealing and secondary annealing at different temperatures on microstructures and micro-texture changes of MGH754 cold-rolled sheet were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (EBSD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that MGH754 alloy cold rolled sheet recrystallizes from 700 to 800 ℃. The high temperature pre-annealing and the secondary annealing can not make the secondary recrystallization of MGH754 cold-rolled sheet. During the pre-annealing process, the plate gradually transformed from the sharp-edged {110} <112> deformed texture in cold-rolled state to {225} <253> recrystallized texture. However, the recrystallized texture after secondary annealing is different from the recrystallized texture produced by high temperature pre-annealing.
