在中职物流专业的教学中,开展工学结合、校企合作的人才培养模式是中等教育过程中必然的发展态势,也是国家在宏观教育时的政策要求。而物流专业相对于其他学科,有其自己的特点,它是一门综合性、应用性及系统性非常强的学科,所以只有通过这种工学结合、校企合作的人才培养模式,才可以真正实现学生、中职学校以及物流企业三方的共赢,充分利用物流企业的教学资源,把单一的课堂教学转变为与校外实践相结合的学习方法。就如何才能真正做到中职物流专业的工学结合、校企结合的人才培养模式进行探讨。
