村委会侵犯村民自治权不仅存在可能,而且现实中已经大量存在。没有救济的权利不是真正的权利,如何为村民的自治权提供救济和保护是我国村民自治实践中面临的重要现实问题。解决这一难题的一个关键是应该顺应国际上行政诉讼发展的一个重要的趋势,即逐渐扩大行政诉讼的受案范围。
Village committees violate the villagers’ autonomy is not only possible, but in reality has been abundant. No right to relief is not a real right, and how to provide relief and protection for the villagers ’autonomy is an important realistic problem facing the practice of villagers’ autonomy in our country.
