心脏发育的转录调控是个极其复杂的过程 ,它涉及多个转录调控因子在胚胎发育过程中不同时间、不同空间的先后表达和相互作用。大量研究表明GATA 4作为与发育密切相关的转录调控因子 ,在心脏发育过程中起重要作用。本文系统地阐述了GATA 4因子的结构、表达及其在心脏发育中的功能与途径 ,进而在分子水平上对心脏的发生和发病有更深入的认识
Transcriptional regulation of cardiac development is an extremely complex process involving the sequential expression and interaction of multiple transcriptional regulators at different times and spaces in the process of embryonic development. A large number of studies have shown that GATA 4 plays an important role in cardiac development as a transcriptional regulator closely related to development. This article systematically expresses the structure and expression of GATA 4 factor and its functions and pathways in the development of the heart, and then has a deeper understanding of the occurrence and pathogenesis of heart at the molecular level
