近年来,上海铁路局贯彻铁路总公司关于加强安全生产的系列要求,在全面总结既有安全管理经验和成效的基础上,健全完善并稳步推进实施安全管理新机制,对进一步改进和强化全局运输安全起到了重要的作用。全面总结固化经验做法,思考改进存在的突出问题,对于进一步深化实施安全管理新机制,全面提高全局安全管理水平具有很强的现实意义。
