在伟大领袖毛主席“抓革命,促生产,促工作,促战备”和“备战、备荒、为人民”伟大战略方针指引下,几年来,不少兄弟单位在壳基础的设计和施工方面做了很多工作,为我们进一步推广壳基础提供了许多行之有效的经验。采用壳基础对我局来说还是第一次,一年来通过现場设计和试验,肯定了壳基础的优越性,对壳基础的安全度有了足够信心,其经济效果也更明显了;对壳基础的施工找到了规律,为全面推广壳基础创造了条件。现将设计、施工、试验和推广情况介绍如下。
