Imagematically speaking, pole vault can be seen as two projects: the pole run - this is Tian Jing; the use of the pole elastic soaring pole - this is gymnastics. The lessons learned from this team show how they performed gymnastic training and some examples of sets of exercises used in gymnastic training.
