2015年11月份,习总书记在中央财政领导小组会议上明确表示,要重视房地产库存问题,并通过有效的手段予以解决,以促进我国房地产行业健康发展。目前,房地产库存问题已成为我国房地产发展的最大阻碍,不仅限制了房地产投资,还加大了金融风险,对区域经济发展产生了严重影响。基于此,本文对房地产去库存问题进行了综合性分析,并提出了相关建议,以供参考。
In November 2015, General Secretary Xi made it clear at the meeting of the leading group of the central finance that we should pay attention to the inventory of real estate and solve it through effective measures to promote the healthy development of China’s real estate industry. At present, the issue of real estate inventory has become the biggest obstacle to the real estate development in our country. It not only limits real estate investment but also increases financial risk, which has a serious impact on the development of regional economy. Based on this, this article has carried on the comprehensive analysis to the real estate de-stocking question, and has put forward the related suggestion, for the reference.
