在刚刚结束的全国房地产工作座谈会上,建设部房地产业司司长谢家瑾提出了今年房地产工作的总体安排。总的指导思想是:以中央的战略决策为契机,以“九五”计划为目标,以实现两个根本性转变为动力,继续抓好住宅建设这个重点,突破培育市场和物业管理两个难点,积极扶植新的消费热点和经济增长点,力争住宅建设和房地产业有突破性发展。今年要重点抓好几项工作:
