利用广义分数维模型和S600数字图象处理系统,研究了球墨表面分维与球铁多冲韧性的关系。结果表明:随球墨表面分维增大,球铁多冲韧性减小;表面分维与多冲韧性的对数值呈线性关系;当冲击能量较小时,多冲韧性对球墨分维更为敏感;与二维定量参数形状因子比较,表面分维对工艺因素的响应性及与动态性能的相关性更好,可以作为衡量球铁多冲韧性的一种量度。
Using the generalized fractal model and the S600 digital image processing system, the relationship between the surface fractal dimension of nodules and the ductile toughness of ductile iron was studied. The results show that the ductile ductility of ductile iron decreases with the fractal dimension of the surface of the ductile iron. The fractal dimension of the ductile iron has a linear relationship with the logarithm of the ductile ductility. When the impact energy is small, the ductile ductility is more sensitive to the fractal dimension of the ductile iron. Compared with the shape factor of 2D quantitative parameters, the surface fractal dimension has better response to process factors and better correlation with dynamic properties, and can be used as a measure to evaluate the ductile toughness of ductile iron.
