2011年下半年来,受国际、国内经济形势影响,化工产品市场极度疲软,我国西部部分化工企业开工不足,利润大幅度下降,生产经营形势日趋恶化。本文以重庆、云南、贵州3省(市)的涪陵区、水富、盐津、钟山区、盘县等5区县(以下简称5区县)39家化工企业为样本,对我国西部化工企业经营现状和成因进行了调查分析,并从金融、财税、企业三方面提出相关建议。
Since the second half of 2011, due to the impact of the international and domestic economic conditions, the market of chemical products has been extremely weak. Some chemical enterprises in the western part of China have not started enough work, their profits have dropped sharply, and their production and operation conditions have deteriorated. In this paper, 39 chemical enterprises in 5 districts and counties (Fuling, Shui Fu, Yanjin, Zhongshan and Panxian) in Chongqing, Yunnan and Guizhou provinces and cities (hereinafter referred to as 5 districts and counties) Business status quo and causes of the investigation and analysis, and from the financial, taxation, enterprises put forward three proposals.
