目的了解2006～2009年某院抗结核药物的应用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法对2006～2009年医院抗结核药物的用药金额、用药频度、日平均费用及耐药情况等进行统计分析。结果我院抗结核药物用药金额及DDDs值逐年增长,经典的抗结核一线药物DDDs仍具有主导地位,新型的抗结核药物呈平稳上升的趋势。结论我院抗结核药物使用较为合理,基本符合我国目前抗结核药物的发展现状。
Objective To understand the application of anti-tuberculosis drugs in a hospital from 2006 to 2009, and to provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods The statistical analysis of the amount of anti-TB drugs, frequency of medication, daily average cost and drug resistance in hospitals from 2006 to 2009 were conducted. Results The amount of anti-TB drugs and the DDDs in our hospital increased year by year. The classic anti-TB DDDs still dominates. The new anti-TB drugs show a steady upward trend. Conclusion The use of anti-TB drugs in our hospital is more reasonable and basically conforms to the current development of anti-TB drugs in our country.
