初始钢坯截面积的增加对现有轧机的粗轧机提出了改造要求,以适应对大钢坯进行大压下量轧制。由于现有的可用场地小,必须使用比较紧凑的粗轧机,它能以最少道次进行大压下轧制。由此,设计的新型粗轧机列特别紧凑,它并能显著地节省投资和操作费用。这类机组早在1971年就已经使用,有悬臂和双支承轧辊两种形式。本文作者15年来考察了这些机组的设计和运行情况,研究了共一百多套这两类轧机,据他的丰富经验,将有助于用户选择最适合他们需要的紧凑式粗轧机。
Increasing the initial billet cross-sectional area of the existing rolling mill roughing machine put forward the requirements of transformation in order to adapt to the large billet rolling reduction. Due to the small available space available, a relatively compact roughing mill has to be used which can be rolled with great reduction with a minimum number of passes. This results in a particularly compact design of the new roughing train, which can significantly save on investment and operating costs. Such units have been used as early as 1971, with cantilever and double bearing rollers in two forms. Over the past 15 years, the authors have investigated the design and operation of these units and studied more than 100 sets of these two types of rolling mills. Based on his experience, he will help users to choose the compact roughing mill that best suits their needs.
